Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped domestically via Australia Post or Sendle with tracking and drop-off with signature, or internationally via Australia Post or EMS. If you prefer delivery by your own courier, an additional cost may be applied, so please contact us via email at sales@security-camera.systems before choosing this method.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

You are responsible for any and all customs duties and/or taxes payable in your country or that of the destination country.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays and only offer weekday delivery.

Exchanges and Returns

If a product purchased is defective or not to your satisfaction, you may return the product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for store credit, on condition that you follow the proper steps set forth below. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. We do not accept returns if you change your mind

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:

1. You must contact our customer care center to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (“RMA”) and arrange a return.  Our customer care center can be contacted via: e-mail at returns@security-camera.systems. You must include your location in your correspondence. A customer care representative will reply to you within 48 hours with your RMA number and the shipping address of the return center nearest you.

2. You must clearly and legibly print the shipping address provided, including the RMA number, on the outside of the shipping box containing the product you are returning.

3. You must ship the package within ten (10) days of receiving the RMA.

If you are exchanging a product you may email us the details of your shipment, including the name of your carrier and the tracking number issued for your return package. This will enable us to send out your replacement item before we have received your shipment for faster delivery. Please reference your RMA number in the email so we can easily locate your order information.

Timeliness and Shipping Method
Be sure to ship the package in a timely fashion.  Your RMA will expire ten (10) days after it is provided to you.  After the ten (10) day period, your package may be refused by our warehouse and you will not receive a refund.

We suggest that you use a reputable shipper who can supply a tracking number.  Otherwise, you may be liable for the entire cost if it is lost in transit.

Exchanges are Fair and Simple
If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange it within 30 days after shipment of your order. However, you will need to first obtain an RMA number by emailing us. Your replacement will be shipped to you once you have obtained an RMA number and supplied us with the tracking number for your package. You will not have to wait until we receive your defective product. We reserve the right to bill you for the reshipment if your order is not received within 10 days of issuing an RMA number.

Restocking Fees
Per our shipping and returns policy, items returned without an RMA, or more than ten (10) days after the RMA was issued, may be refused by our warehouse. In certain circumstances, our warehouse may elect to accept the return past the ten (10) day period for a 25% restocking fee. Orders that are returned after the 30-day trial period is over will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns that are not in re-saleable condition will be refused.
